About

We're building the human layer of the internet.

Kin Identity exists so that the people you meet online are people. We build products that let anyone prove they're human, connect with others who are, and share in what they create together.

Every day, it gets harder to tell who's real. We're making it simple again.

01Our mission

Put humans back at the center of the internet.

Copied faces, bot replies and accounts that belong to no one are everywhere, and they're getting harder to spot. The result is an internet where it's hard to trust anyone.

Kin Identity starts from the other end. Every account belongs to one real person, who stays in control of what that reveals. Around that promise, we build the things people actually do together.

$KIN is how the community shares in what it builds: a reward for the people who show up, invite their friends and help the network grow, from a fixed supply that is 70% theirs.

03Principles

What we won't compromise on.

Real people first

One person, one account. Every decision starts with keeping it human.

Private by design

You decide what others see. Apps learn that you're human, not who you are.

Fair by design

The same base speed for everyone, a fixed supply, and rules that are written down.

Open to everyone

Free to join, and available in 19 languages from the first day.

Safe to be yourself

Chat rules, moderation and reporting so that rooms stay kind.

Built for the long run

A supply designed to last, and products designed to grow with the people who use them.

04The Kin crew

Three friends who show you around.

Inside Kin ID, each of our characters looks after a part of your day.

Green

Green

The host

Welcomes you in, shows you around the app and keeps you company in chat and invites.

Magenta

Magenta

The miner

Looks after everything $KIN: mining sessions, boosts, gifts and rain.

Plush

Plush

The champion

Keeps your streak alive and cheers you up the ranks, all the way to King of Kins.
