Diese Seite wird auf Englisch angezeigt. Übersetzte Versionen sind in Arbeit.
These terms are an agreement between you and Kin Identity for your use of the Kin ID app and the kinidentity.com website. By using Kin ID, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Kin ID.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
- Each person may have one account. Creating extra accounts, or using bots or scripts, isn't allowed.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign in details safe.
$KIN
- $KIN is a reward inside Kin ID. It is not money, a currency, a security or an investment, and it has no guaranteed value.
- The total supply is 1.5 billion. Mining speeds, rewards and how $KIN can be used may change as Kin ID grows.
- $KIN earned through cheating, duplicate accounts, bots or by breaking these terms may be removed.
- Nothing on Kin ID is financial advice.
Using Kin ID
When you use Kin ID, you agree not to:
- Pretend to be someone else, or mislead people about who you are.
- Harass, threaten, scam or spam anyone.
- Post anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Ask anyone for passwords, sign in codes or payment details.
- Interfere with Kin ID, try to get around its limits, or access it in ways we don't allow.
Everyone also agrees to the chat rules shown in the app before chatting.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Kin ID permission to store and show it so the app can work, for example to show your messages to the people in a room. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the chat rules.
Ending your use
You can stop using Kin ID and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or stop parts of Kin ID.
Disclaimers
Kin ID is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Kin ID is not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by other members.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
